We are la licenced agency with the PSRA and are fully insured. AGPM focus on what we do best which is the letting & management of residential property. We are experienced in a wide range of property types, ranging from the smallest studio apartment to luxurious family homes. We attend yearly training seminars with the Residential Tenancies Board and undertake 5 hours of continuous professional development, to ensure we are up to date with all legislation changes that affect our landlord clients.

Our fees will always be a fair reflection of the work involved, whether you require full management or a client sourcing service. We operate a no let no fee policy however any advertising budgets agreed must be paid in full.

Tenant selection
We understand the importance of choosing the right tenant for you. The first tenant through the door may not always be the most suited to your property. At AGPM we take time at viewings to get to know each tenant and carry out a thorough background check. All tenants are required to provide valid references, including proof of ID, confirmation of employment; previous landlord reference all of which are verified prior to the commencement of lease agreement.
